Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ½ cup cold water
- Pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper for taste, and some sesame seeds
- Chopped scallions as needed
Directions:
- Mix in egg and water in bowl, and then strain the mixture into a bowl
- Put in rest of ingredients and mix it
- Put water in instant pot, and then trivet on top
- Put the egg mixture in basket, close it, and then set to high pressure for 5 minutes
- Quick release, and then serve with some hot rice for best results.
