Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup bacon
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 t herbs de Provence
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- ¼ t salt and pepper
Directions:
- Mix the eggs with the heavy cream, and then add rest of ingredients
- Put the mixture into a dish and cover it, adding a cup to the bottom of IP
- Put a steamer basket inside and then egg mixture, setting it on manual pressure for 20 minutes with an NPR
