11.  Lasagna Pie

Ingredients: 

-        Lasagna noodles 

-        Ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian sausage, typically a bag of each and a pound of the last one 

-        3 cups fresh mushrooms 

-        A jar of sauce of choice 

Directions: 

-        Coat a spring form with olive oil 

-        Put lasagna noodles onto bottom layer, then top with the ricotta and pasta sauce 

-        Do the same with the sausage, and then the cheese and mushrooms 

-        Put some lasagna noodles on top of this, and repeat until you fill up the top 

-        Cover with foil and put it in instant pot with two cups of water, cooking for 20 minutes on high pressure, and then natural pressure for another 20 minutes 

-        Let it cool for 5 minutes before you remove the pan and serve it.
