13.    Whole wheat Fusilli spinach and pasta

Ingredients: 

-        1 pound fusilli pasta 

-        5 cups frozen spinach, chopped but not thawed 

-        4 cloves minced garlic 

-        4 T cubed butter 

-        5 cups water 

-        Salt and pepper for taste 

-        ½ cup parmesan cheese, more for serving 

Directions: 

-        Put the pasta in the bowl, adding water there. Put the garlic and spinach on top 

-        Cook for 6 minutes at high pressure, with a quick pressure release 

-        Add in the rest of the ingredients and then let it sit for 5 minutes, topping with more parmesan cheese
