Ingredients:
- 1 T yellow curry paste. You can use green or red if you want something hotter
- 2 T fish sauce
- 2 whole lime leaves
- 1 piece of ginger, about the size of a thumb
- 1 of the following: carrot, onion, potato, red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon grass stalk
- 1 can coconut milk
- Meat of choice
Directions:
- Put in the chicken broth, select the meat option, and then add in all of the ingredients. Close and cook for 15-20 or so minutes with a pressure release. Make sure that the liquid is hot
- You can add coconut milk at this point, along with more curry paste and fish sauce. You can serve with the rice or some noodles, and put some coconut milk and lime juice over the paste to finish it off.
