21.  Baked Spinach Pasta

Ingredients: 

-        8 cups tomato sauce 

-        1 ball chopped mozzarella 

-        3 t salt 

-        1 package noodles of choice 

-        1 package squeezed spinach 

-        ½ t sugar 

-        1 container ricotta 

-        4 cloves minced garlic 

-        ¼ t red pepper flakes 

-        2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided up 

-        3 T olive oil 

-        2/3 cup grated parmesan 

Directions: 

-        Coat IP with spray 

-        Put rigatoni in water and put together all of the ingredients besides a half of parmesan. Combine this together 

-        Put it in IP on high for 45 minutes until tenderized 

-        Put rest of cheese on top of this and cook for another 5 or so minutes, using NPR to help with transferring it to baking dish to cook again for another 15 or so minutes to further melt the cheese.
