Ingredients:
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup pitted olives
- 6 boneless chicken drumsticks
- 1 can stewed tomatoes within a puree
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken stock
- A bay leaf
Directions:
- Preheat to sauté mode and then put all ingredients into there and mix it
- Cook it on high for 15 minutes, once done, normal release
- Take out the bay leaf and mix again. Meat should be super tender
- Put chicken and tomatoes into a dish and put liquid on top. Top it with black olives if you desire before you serve it.
