26.  Potato soup

Ingredients: 

-        5 pounds of potatoes 

-        1 cup of chopped up bacon 

-        2 cups of chicken broth and water 

-        1 bunch green onions 

Directions: 

-        Peel and dice the potatoes, the peeling is optional 

-        Put it in IP with a cup of chicken broth and put it on high pressure for 20 minutes 

-        Once done, add in about ¾ cup of the bacon 

-        Mash the potatoes 

-        Put it in bowl and serve with the cheese, bacon, and some green onions.
