Ingredients:
- A pound of rotini
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 pound mozzarella
- 2 pounds of cooked chicken
- 4 T pesto
Directions:
- Put the pasta in instant pot and cook for five minutes. Cube up the rest of the ingredients while it’s being done
- Drain the water and then add in the chicken to cook this, along with the pesto, tomatoes, and mozzarella. You can then cook this on high pressure for 15 minutes to fully mix the ingredients. Dish it out into bowls, and then serve as needed.
