Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk or water
- 1 can pineapples
- 3 cups of rice
Directions:
- Chop up the pineapple so it’s in pieces
- Mix it with the rice and the water or coconut milk
- You can then put it in IP and cook on high for about 3 minutes
- You can garnish as well with seasonings for a better taste too.
