Ingredients:
- 2 pounds wings of choice
- ½ cup apple juice
- 1 t black pepper and crushed red pepper
- ½ t basil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cups of honey BBQ sauce
- ½ t cayenne pepper
- 2 t paprika
- ½ cup water
For your sauce to baste the chicken with:
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 1 t of black pepper and crushed red pepper
- ½ to basil
- ½ t liquid smoke
- ½ t cayenne
- ½ cup apple juice
- 2 t paprika
- ½ cup brown sugar
Directions:
- Take the pressure cooker sauce and mix it with the wings in the cooker. Cook this on high for at least 10 minutes
- Use natural pressure release and then put the wings on a baking sheet
- Baste with the ingredients for the basting sauce, and then broil everything in oven for at least 7 or so minutes
- Turn wings onto other side and then broil this side as well once again
- Baste and broil once more on each side for 1-2 minutes and then serve it.
