48.  Indian Khadi

Ingredients: 

-        ½ cup gramflour 

-        6 cups water 

-        1 t salt and turmeric 

-        1 cup yogurt 

-        ½ t fenugreek 

-        4 red chilies 

-        1 t Ajwain seeds 

Directions: 

-        Use the blender to put the gramflour, water, salt, turmeric, and yogurt in there 

-        Sauté and put some of the oil, fenugreek seeds, Ajwain seeds and chillies in there. When it starts to smell, add the blended mix from 1 into there. 

-        Put this on the slow cook setting for about 4 hours 

-        Add the boondi to the mixture. You can also add some deep fried pakodas into there. You can then serve it immediately.
