Ingredients:
- 2 T of olive oil
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 4 T flour and butter
- ½ pound snow-white mushrooms
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 cups water
Directions:
- Put oil in pot line of your IP and then sauté this, adding the mushrooms and let them sizzle. Put in the chicken broth and cook it until mushrooms are dark
- Add water and then pressurize it, then quick release
- Drain the broth and mushroom and save it. put mushrooms back in
- Add in the butter and let it simmer, along with the flour and whisk it until it smells like a pie crust
- Add in the mushroom broth until it starts to dissolve and become creamy. Add mushrooms and simmer and do this for about 8 minutes
- You can then add in noodles, meat, or rice if you want, and you can then serve it. it tastes like a cream of mushrooms soup.
