51.  Pork Chop and Arborio Rice Soup

Ingredients: 

-        2 cut pork chops 

-        2 cups water 

-        ½ cup chopped onion and corn 

-        2 T oil 

-        Salt and pepper for your taste 

-        ½ cup Arborio rice 

-        1 can cheddar cheese soup 

-        ¼ chopped tomato 

Directions: 

-        Sauté the onion and chops until browned 

-        Add other ingredients to IP along with sautéed ingredients and mix it together 

-        Put lid on and set it for 8 minutes. Let it quick release and bring pressure down for a minute or two 

-        Stir and serve with some parmesan cheese on top.
