58.  Coffee can Bread

Ingredients: 

-        Bread recipe of choice for one load 

-        Oil for inside can 

-        Foil, trivet, instant pot 

-        1 coffee can for instant pot 

-        Some flour, usually 3-4 T 

Directions: 

-        Create the bread recipe and let it sit for a few minutes 

-        Oil the inside of can and cover flour on the inside of it. 

-        Put bread into softball shape and put it in can. Put foil on top that’s about an inch higher than the end of it is.  

-        Let bread rise until it’s an inch from the top 

-        Put 8 cups of water in there so it’s halfway up the sides 

-        Put it on manual and cook it for 15 minutes. If heavier, let it cook for 20 minutes 

-        Let bread cool down and release steam, then use a knife to get the bread out so that it can cool. Serve with your favorite jam.
