3 cloves medium fresh garlic (finely minced)

1 tablespoon chili powder

2/3 tablespoon cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 tablespoon real maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoons hot sauce 

1/3 cup red wine

2 (14.5 oz) cans kidney beans (undrained)

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (undrained)

1 (4 oz) can can green chilis (undrained)

1/4 cup organic ketchup
