Ingredients
4 cups apple juice
½ cup apple cider vinegar
3 pound Rack of Ribs, fat trimmed as much as possible
1 tablespoon Salt
½ tablespoon black pepper
½ tablespoon garlic powder
Southern Apple Cider Barbecue Sauce
Instructions:
- Combine the apple juice and vinegar in an Instant Pot set to the Sauté mode and heat it up.
- Season the ribs with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Place the ribs in the Instant Pot.
- Select the Meat/Stew function for 30 minutes.
- Do a quick release of pressure after 10 minutes.
- Transfer the ribs on a baking pan lined with foil and spread barbeque sauce on both sides of the ribs.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
