Ingredients
1 cup low-carb barbeque sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup water
60 oz pork side ribs
Instructions:
- Heat oil in an Instant Pot set to the Sauté function.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper and brown it in the Instant pot.
- Pour water into the Instant Pot and deglaze the bottom.
- Mix in the barbeque sace.
- Select the Manual function and cook for 11 minutes.
- Do a natural release of pressure.
