Juice of ½ lime

1 ½ tablespoon garam masala 

1-inch piece ginger (grated)

1 tablespoon ghee

1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes

¾ teaspoon turmeric 

1 onion (cubed)

3 carrots (sliced)

1 zucchini (cubed)

¼ teaspoon sea salt

Black pepper to taste
