Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 tablet web browser support

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 supports the default web browser in the following combinations of mobile OS and platform:

However, the following features are not available when using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 from a web browser on the supported combinations that are listed in the preceding table:

• Pinch and zoom
• Reports
• System settings
• Advanced find
• Process dialogs
• Skype for business presence
• Entities that use classic forms

It is recommended that you use tablet application to utilize all the features available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 using tablets.
