Next time your kids have a sleepover birthday with friends, surprise them with this fun cake.

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan. Make and bake cake mix as directed on box for 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

2 Starting at short side of cake, frost one-third of cake with yellow cupcake icing for sheet. Place flattened marshmallows on sheet for pillows; place cookies on top of pillows for faces.

3 Frost remaining cake and portion of sandwich cookies with green cupcake icing for blanket, leaving top portion of cookie unfrosted for faces. Pipe hair and faces onto cookies with decorating icing. Using star tip, outline blanket with decorating icing. Sprinkle with confetti decors. Store loosely covered.

Tip For convenience, substitute 1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting for the cupcake icings. Spoon about one-third of the frosting into a small bowl and tint with yellow food color. Place remaining frosting in another small bowl and tint with green food color. Instead of piping a border of icing on the blanket, arrange small decorative candies around the edge.
