1. Photocopy template at desired size, and cut out.
2. Trace two copies onto heavyweight colored paper (but only one copy is necessary for the image with keyhole). If paper’s color or embellishment is single-sided, be sure to flip template before tracing the second copy so the paper’s design or color will appear on front and back.
3A. Airplane: Sandwich ribbon between plane and 3 heart pieces (spacing as desired), and secure all with double-sided tape. Leave about 4 inches of loose ribbon trailing, and secure end of ribbon with tape inside envelope.
3B. Locket: Secure the key pieces together with double-sided tape. Use screw punch on hole of key. Stick the pieces of lock base together with double-sided tape, sandwiching one end of cord between layers. Thread loose end of cord through hole in key, and secure with a knot. Attach keyhole heart with double-sided tape, and cut keyhole through top heart and lock base.
