‘Poetry’: The lyrics ‘Laos dilanglangi do ahu, tarlungun-lungun’ were taken from the Batak pop song ‘Mardalan Ahu’. The song was originally written by Tilhang Gultom and was popularised by several Batak singers, including Korem Sihombing and Vicky Sianipar. This poem is after Morri Creech.
