The art for the jacket was first created by Kameron White using a digital layout and programs such as Procreate and ClipStudioPaint. The text was set by Westchester Publishing Services, in Danbury, CT in Adobe Text pro. The display text was set in BC Alphapipe, by designer Radek Sidun, derived from the font Alphapipe by Czech graphic designer Jiří Rathouský and ATF Railroad Gothic, introduced in 1906 by the American Type Founders Company. This e-book was created by Westchester Publishing Services.
