Cinnamon Tea with Ginger & Cardamom
Ingredients:

½-1inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced/crushed

1 tsp honey (or as much to sweeten the tea to your taste)

1-2 cups of water

1 black tea bag

2 cardamom pods (optional)

2 cinnamon sticks

½ - 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Method

Add the ginger slices, cinnamon sticks and optional cardamom to 2 cups of water and boil.

Add the black tea bag. Let it sit for about 2-3 minutes

Remove tea bag, filter ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon; add honey and optional lemon juice. Enjoy.
This drink, like many other spiced teas, are good for cold and other minor ailments due all the medicinal properties of ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice as well as tea.
