Words to Treasure
God gave knowledge and understanding to these four young men. So they understood all kinds of writings and subjects. And Daniel could understand all kinds of visions and dreams.
Daniel 1:17
The audience was clapping with the music, and the girls on stage were doing everything right. They looked strong and athletic. Alexis had designed everything about the performance. She had picked a popular song with good lyrics, and she had designed the dance and the costumes. And when she ran up a wall and did a back flip, the crowd clapped wildly.
The girls stood in a line and bowed to the standing audience. They left the stage, but the audience kept clapping. Miss Halley gathered them together. “Go back out there. Take another bow.”
The girls rushed back on stage, and the audience clapped louder. It was like a dream come true, all because Alexis was bold enough to put both her faith and talent on the line.

Great kings became great because they gathered all the brightest and wisest men from their kingdom to advise them on important matters. King Nebuchadnezzar found Daniel and the boys to be the wisest of all, and he trusted their advice. From servants to kingly advisors — it’s all in God’s plan.
