Stew with Okra
This is the best recipe to kill hunger when you don’t want to spend a lot of time on preparation! Okra stew not only tastes good but is also easy and quick to prepare. The explosion of flavors comes from the “7 spices”. You can have it with rice.
Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Drizzle a tbsp of olive oil in the pan and set on the flame. Add and cook the beef on both sides by flipping it. This will take around 8-10 minutes.
2. Transfer the cooked beef to a plate and keep it for later use.
3. Drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil on the pan and sauté the garlic and onion. Add the chopped cilantro and mix. Stir fry for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the baby okra into the above prepared. Stir well to coat the okra with the above cilantro mixture. Stir occasionally for around 5-10 minutes.
5. Pour the paste of tomato and combine it with the okra.
6. Add the chopped tomatoes and water. Cook for a minute.
7. Add the prepared beef tips to the okra mixture. Combine them well.
8. Cover and let it cook in simmer for at least 10-15 minutes or till it meets your consistency.
9. Garnish with some cilantro and serve with rice.
