Flavorful Shawarma
The authentic Lebanese roasted chicken shawarma will give a heavenly taste. It's simple to make and juicy to eat. The chicken shawarma is made by slicing the flesh of the chicken and stacking it. It can also be made with turkey. Though in restaurants, they prepare it with different methods, this homemade process will give you the same taste and aroma.
Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Take a large bowl and pour the juice and olive oil.
2. Add the chopped garlic and mix.
3. Sprinkle the salt, red pepper, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, and paprika. Combine all the ingredients well.
4. Cut the chicken pieces into chunks. Marinade the chicken chunks and thighs into the above-prepared mixture of the spices.
5. Cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for around 1 hour. You can keep it for marination for 20-24 hours also.
6. Set the oven for preheating at 400°F.
7. Transfer the marinated chicken pieces on the rimmed sheet of baking which has been lined up with parchment paper.
8. Roast the prepared for at least 12-25 minutes or till the chicken has cooked fully.
9. Take out the roasted chicken and finely slice them.
10. You can serve with garlic or tahini sauce.
