The Skewered Chicken in Lebanese Style
This dish is popularly known as Shish Tawook in the Middle East. It is a type of Ottoman cuisine. This grilled chicken is coated with fresh lemon juice, crushed garlic, tomato paste, yogurt, and other spices. All of these ingredients combined with the chicken, give the flavorsome juicy and tender meal. The best part is that the ingredients are easily available and the recipe is simple.
Ingredients:

Chicken breast- 2 pounds (boneless, skinless, cut into large chunk)

Lemon juice- 1/4 cup

Plain yogurt- 1/2 cup

Olive oil- 1/4 cup

Tomato paste- 1 tbsp

Garlic Cloves- 6 (crushed)

Paprika- 1 tsp

Oregano- 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon- 1/4 tsp

Ground ginger- 1/2 tsp

Instructions:
1. First prepare the marinade in a large bowl by whisking yogurt, lemon juice, oil, ginger, garlic, tomato paste, and all other spices.
2. Marinate the chicken in the same bowl for at least 4 hours in a fridge.
3. Line up the chicken pieces on a skewer and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side at medium heat.
