Tahini Cookies
Cookies are always a yummy treat! This recipe is not only tasty but is full of nutrients to make your health better. They are gluten-free and have a rich nutty taste. Consuming tahini helps in better functioning of the liver and is rich in antioxidants. The cookies can be a handful of treats at the kid’s party or even when you are over a coffee!
Ingredients:

Vanilla extract- 1 tsp

Sesame seeds- 1/2 cup

Tahini- 1/3 cup

Almond Flour- 1 1/2 cups

Honey- 1/3 cup

Sea salt- 1/4 tsp

Baking soda- 1/2 tsp

Instructions:
1. Set the oven for preheating at 350°F. Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
2. Scatter the seeds of sesame on a plate.
3. Add the flour, salt, and baking soda to a mixing bowl. Combine them.
4. Gradually pour the tahini and mix well.
5. Pour the honey and combine all the ingredients well.
6. Take 1 1/2 inch of the prepared mixture and shape it into balls. Place the balls on the plate having sesame seeds. Press and make flat surfaces slightly.
7. Place the prepared tahini balls on the baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart.
8. Set the prepared for baking, bake for about 7-10 minutes. Bake till they are slightly brown and golden.
9. Cool and serve.
