Ful Medames
It is an authentic breakfast from the Lebanese menu. When you are in a hurry and need a healthy breakfast, prepare this best meal to start your morning. This stew dish is prepared with fava beans, cumin, chickpeas, and a handful of toppings.

Instructions:
1. Strain the excess liquid from the cans of chickpeas and fava beans. Wash them with cold water.
2. Pour 1 1/2 cups of water into a saucepan. Add the fava beans, chickpeas, kosher salt, and cumin. Cook in medium heat.
3. Cook till the water has reduced and the chickpeas and beans have softened. Do not cover. This cooking will take about 20 minutes.
4. Take a bowl, pout the fresh juice and olive oil. Mix well.
5. Sprinkle the black pepper and salt.
6. Add the jalapenos and smashed garlic. Combine them well to incorporate.
7. Take the sauce in a serving bowl and add the cooked beans and chickpeas on the top.
8. Serve by garnishing with minced parsley.
