Nutty Rice Pudding
This healthy, rich, and gluten-free recipe for dessert is easy and quick to make. This scrumptious dessert is made mostly in celebrations but with this simple recipe, every day can be celebrated. The pudding can also be enjoyed by vegans and contains low amounts of calories.

Instructions:
1. Wash the rice grains nicely in cold water.
2. Put a sauce in the flame. Pour a cup of milk.
3. Add the sugar, washed rice, and salt. Cook by stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes or until the milk has reduced and got soaked by the rice.
4. Pour about 5 cups of milk, stir well. Gradually pour the rest of the almond milk and stir. Keep cooking and stirring till you receive a rich and creamy appearance. This will take about 30 minutes.
5. Turn off the flame and keep it aside for cooling.
6. Pour the rose water and combine.
7. Garnish with pomegranate, pistachio, and coconut. Serve in bowls.
