The Lebanese Spring Roll
This quick appetizer is crispy, savory, and one of the simplest recipes. It's cheesy and the mint leaves give the freshness of the dish.
Ingredients:

Za’atar- 1/4 cup

Halloumi cheese- 16 oz

Labneh yogurt cheese- for serving

Egg roll wrappers- 16 (7 inch)

Olive oil- as required

Mint leaves- a bunch (chopped)

Water- to seal the wrappers.

Instructions:
1. Set the oven for preheating at 425°F and prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
2. Make slices of the halloumi cheese.
3. Place the wrappers in your working area and make sure that the corner of the individual roll wrappers is close to you.
4. Put a sliced halloumi cheese in the bottom third of the individual roll wrappers. Put some chopped mint leaves on it. With wet fingers, rub the corners.
5. Start rolling the wrappers from the one closest to you and in an inward way.
6. Press gently at the end of rolling to seal it.
7. Transfer the prepared side down for baking.
8. By using a brush, grease the prepared rolls with olive oil.
9. Sprinkle za’atar on top of the oil-coated rolls.
10. Bake till the color changes to a golden brown and becomes crunchy. This will take about 12-15 minutes.
11. Serve with the cheese.
