Take a large stock pot and add the diced tomatoes, spinach, beans, chicken broth, tomato sauce, water, bacon, garlic, parsley, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and basil.
Place it over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
Immediately reduce the heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes, covered.
Add pasta and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes until al dente.
