Genuine Mediterranean Tabouli Salad

Process
  1. Wash bulgar wheat well and allow it to soak under water for 5 minutes.
  1. Drain bulgar wheat well and set aside.
  2. Add all vegetables, green onions, and herbs to a dish.
  3. Add bulgur and season the mixture with salt.
  4. Add lime juice and olive oil. Mix well.
  5. Cover, refrigerate and allow salad to chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer to serving platter and serve with sides of pita and romaine lettuce.
