Mediterranean Amazing Focaccia

Process
  1. Place flour and yeast in a large bowl.
  1. Make a well and pour in water, salt, and oil.
  2. Gradually keep mixing until everything is incorporated well.
  3. Knead for about 20 minutes.
  4. Add black olives and mix well.
  5. Form a ball and allow it to rise for about 45 minutes (in a bowl covered with a towel).
  6. Once the dough is ready, push air out of it by crushing it using your palm.
  7. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface to a thickness of about ½ an inch.
  8. Place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and allow the dough to rise for another 45 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  10. Press fingers into the dough at regular intervals to pierce the dough.
  11. When ready to bake, pour a bit of olive oil into the holes and sprinkle with salt.
  12. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
