Magical Papaya and Mangetout!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Mangetout
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 papaya, peeled, deseeded, and cubed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoon unsalted peanuts
- small handful basil leaves, torn
- small handful mint leaves, chopped
Process

Take a large frying pan and place it over high heat.

Add Mangetout, 1 tablespoon of water, and bean sprouts.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and add papaya and lime juice.

Toss everything well.

Garnish with herbs and peanuts.
