A Bowl of Spicy Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
For the Dish
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 large zucchini, spiraled
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 20-30 jumbo shrimp
For the Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- dash cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- dash red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Process

Pass the zucchini through a spiralizer.

Combine the ingredients listed under Cajun Seasoning above.

Add oil and 2 tablespoons of butter to a pan and allow to heat up over medium heat.

Add onion and red pepper and saute for 4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook well.

Place remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in another pan and allow it to melt over medium heat.

Add zucchini noodles and saute for 3 minutes.

Transfer the noodles to a bowl.

Top with the prepared Cajun shrimp and veggie mix.
