Process
  1. Pass the zucchini through a spiralizer.
  2. Combine the ingredients listed under Cajun Seasoning above.
  3. Add oil and 2 tablespoons of butter to a pan and allow to heat up over medium heat.
  4. Add onion and red pepper and saute for 4 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and cook well.
  6. Place remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in another pan and allow it to melt over medium heat.
  7. Add zucchini noodles and saute for 3 minutes.
  8. Transfer the noodles to a bowl.
  9. Top with the prepared Cajun shrimp and veggie mix.
  10. Season with salt and enjoy!
