Triple Chocolate Layered Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 2 3-ounce packs ladyfingers, split
- ¼ cup brewed espresso
- 1 8-ounce carton mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup chocolate liqueur
- 1-ounce white chocolate
- 1-ounce bittersweet chocolate, grated
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- chocolate covered coffee beans, chopped
Process

Line an 8x8 baking dish with the ladyfingers.

Drizzle half of your espresso on top of the ladyfingers. Set aside.

Take a medium-sized bowl and add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla; mix with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Beat in the chocolate liqueur until it is thoroughly combined.

Spoon half of your mascarpone mix over the ladyfingers.

Sprinkle white chocolate and bittersweet chocolate over the mascarpone mix.

Top with another layer of ladyfingers.

Layer with the leftover espresso and mascarpone cheese.

Cover and chill for anywhere from 6-24 hours.

Sift cocoa powder on top of your dessert and garnish with cocoa beans.

Slice up into 12 squares.
