This is a light, refreshing probiotic-rich drink—try adding 1 cup of fresh sliced strawberries for an extra nutrient boost. Serves 1 (1½ cups)
Combine the water, lemon juice, and sugar in a glass or small mixing bowl. Stir to dissolve the sugar and pour into the blender. Add the strawberry frozen kefir and pulse to blend.
