Minnie’s Home-Made Granola Bars

4 c. dry quick oats

½ c. brown sugar

1 ½ c. chopped walnuts

1 tsp. salt

1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

1 c. flaked coconut

1 ½ sticks melted butter

½ c. peanut butter

1 tsp. vanilla

½ c. honey

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.

In separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. When smooth, stir into dry ingredients.

Press mixture into greased 10x15 baking dish.

Bake 10-15 minutes at 375° until golden.

When partially cooled, cut into bars.

Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.

Wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in airtight container in fridge.
