Use less mayo if you prefer a drier tuna salad, or use more for a smoother, creamier texture. Add some salt and pepper, and voilà! If you’re feeling fancy, try adding pickle relish or hardboiled eggs.

Easy Tuna Salad
2 cans of tuna fish
1 piece of celery
1/4 of a small onion
2-4 Tbs. mayo
1 Tbs. lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Finely dice celery and onion. Mix all ingredients together, using as much mayo and salt and pepper as you prefer.
