PSALM 32:8
Around my freshman year, I started wondering if God was going to use me for His work. In church I would hear the pastors saying that God had an individual plan for everyone’s life. At first I didn’t believe this was true because I am just a simple person, so what could He use me for. Then I decided to start praying that God would use me and lead me to what He wanted me to do. A couple of months later I heard that my friend’s youth group was going on a mission trip to Costa Rica, and I was asked to go. I knew this was what God wanted me to do. The trip was a life-changing experience, and I could feel God’s presence in an unbelievable way the whole time. I am thankful to God that He chose me. I needed to learn to trust Him because His guidance always leads down the right path. Are you patiently waiting for God to show you the plans He has for your life?
