PSALM 68:3
When school lets out for the summer, I am so happy. For three months I do not have to worry about turning in homework or waking up on time in the morning. It’s funny, though, because after a couple of weeks I start to feel lonely and to miss my friends that I am used to seeing every day. Usually about this time I make up an excuse to have a party and invite all my friends over. I think God wants us to enjoy and encourage each other consistently. He made us to be together, to be in families, to get married, and to have friends. He did not make us to be alone. So as great as summer is, being with my friends every day during school makes the homework a little easier to bear (although I think I will always love those first few weeks of summer, before I start to miss everyone).

God, You did not make me to be alone.
You gave me friends and family and even
Your own Spirit to keep me company. Thank You!
