Once the conditions are in place (intention, space, visual, body position, etc.), we move into the technique, which involves 13 different hand placements in a specific sequence. The sequence takes about 25-30 minutes to complete. This sequence has been designed to first address and relax the main muscle groups that support the jaw and head structure. Ok, Let’s get into it.
1.Relax the Shoulders
1. Get yourself in a stable and comfortable position, either standing or sitting.
2. Gently place your hands on the top of their shoulders. Be sure to generate a little bit of downward pressure towards their feet so as to encourage the shoulders to relax downwards.
3. Hold the position for at least two minutes. We want to generate some heat in the hands and the shoulders.
