1 TBSP WINE VINEGAR
2 TSP HONEY-DIJON MUSTARD
¼ TSP FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
8 OZ COLESLAW MIX (ABOUT 4 CUPS)
1 LOAF ITALIAN BREAD (ABOUT 1 LB)
6 OZ THINLY SLICED REDUCED-SODIUM HAM
1 JAR (12 OZ) ROASTED RED PEPPERS, WELL-DRAINED AND CUT IN STRIPS
¾ CUP THINLY SLICED RED ONION
COLESLAW Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl. Add coleslaw mix and toss to coat well.
Split Italian bread horizontally. Arrange ham on bottom half, then peppers and onion. Cover with coleslaw and bread top. Cut loaf in four portions to serve.
