2 CANS (15.5 OZ EACH) BLACK BEANS, RINSED

1 CUP WATER

1½ TSP GROUND CUMIN

1 TSP DRIED OREGANO

1 TSP SMOKED OR REGULAR PAPRIKA

¼ TSP PEPPER

1 BAG (1 LB) FROZEN PEPPER STIR-FRY VEGETABLE BLEND (SLICED GREEN, RED AND YELLOW PEPPERS AND ONIONS)

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer, cover and reduce heat. Cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and flavors have blended.
