1¼ LB LARGE RAW EASY-TO-PEEL CLEANED SHRIMP

¼ CUP WASABI HORSERADISH MAYONNAISE

3 TBSP NO-SALT-ADDED KETCHUP

Fill a 2-qt saucepan halfway with water. Lightly salt, and bring to a boil. Add shrimp, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink and are opaque at centers. Drain well.

Meanwhile mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl as a dipping sauce for the shrimp. Serve with lemon wedges and/or hot pepper sauce, if desired.
