1 LARGE SWEET ONION, SLICED

2 BONELESS SHELL STEAKS (ABOUT 12 OZ EACH), CUT IN HALF

¼ TSP EACH SALT AND PEPPER

1 PKG (1.25 OZ) HUNTER SAUCE BLEND

1 CUP WATER

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cover and cook, stirring often, 7 to 9 minutes until lightly browned and tender.

Meanwhile, heat another medium or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook, turning once, 8 minutes for medium-rare. Remove to serving plates.

Add sauce blend and water to skillet. Whisk over medium heat to combine. Bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits on bottom of pan. Boil 1 minute until thickened. Serve steaks topped with onion and sauce.
