Pork Chops with Garlic Butter
Don’t mind fortifying pork with homemade garlic butter. It adds tons of flavor while the butter keeps the meat tender and juicy.

Marinade:
Garlic Butter:

4 teaspoons butter, room temperature

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions:
Combine the pork chop marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Coat the pork chops and let them rest.
Heat a pan or skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
Cook the chops for three minutes, turn and cook for one more minute or until fully cooked.
Combine the garlic butter ingredients and divide between the chops when served.
